Eligibility Criteria for the Singapore International Graduate Award 2024:
If you are interested in fully funded Singapore International PhD scholarships in Singapore then you need to meet the following eligibility criteria:
- All international students with good academic records and a passion for doctoral studies can apply for this scholarship.
- Students must be fluent in English.
- Students must have excellent academic records
- The requirement for A*STAR varies so we will provide you the link below to check their requirement.
- Applicants can only apply for Ph.D. in Science and Engineering under this program.
- Students having bachelor’s degrees can apply for the SINGA program.
Singapore International Graduate Award Benefits:
This is a fully funded scholarship program with the following benefits for scholars:
- Students will get a One-time payment of 1000$.
- Monthly allowance of 2,000$ and upon qualification researcher will get an additional 2,000$.

Students who applying for the SINGA Award must submit the following documents while submitting their application.
- Passport-size photo.
- National Identity Card or Passport.
- Academic transcript (translated into English).
- Two recommendation letters (must be submitted by your referees).
- Bachelor’s Certificate or bachelor’s level displacement.

How to apply for Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA)?
To apply for SINGA you need to submit an online application, for an online application follow the step below:
- First Visit the “Apply Now” button below.
- From the website, search Ph.D. Projects and select your preferred research project.
- Read all the details carefully.
- Prepare all the required documents (soft form).
- Referees need to submit their reference letter to SINGA online portal.
Make your you submitted your application two weeks before the deadline because once the application is submitted an email will be sent to your referees and they need to prepare and send the reference letter.
