The Programme is open to:
- Graduates from all academic disciplines with a strong interest in international development;

The Programme offers full or partial scholarships for Master’s degree studies, as well as a limited number of PhD scholarships. Scholarships cover tuition fees, a monthly stipend, and travel costs to and from the university.
