To qualify for the University of Minnesota Fellowship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree from a reputed educational institution or equivalent in the relevant field of education.
Meet the enrollment requirements in the MDP course.
Prove an excellent professional and academic record.
Demonstrate strong personal skills (extra-curricular activities / social activities / entrepreneurial endeavors).
Prove your inability to fund courses from your own sources.
Students with a strong background in liberal arts education and excellent level and analytical preparation skills will be best prepared for academic success at Humphrey Public Affairs School, although no specific experience or educational path is required.
Previous courses in mathematics, statistics and economics are recommended.
English language skills are required. Valid TOEFL or IELTS test scores in the TOEFL are at least 600 (paper based), 250 (computer based), 100 (web based, with at least 22 sections) or 7 for IELTS.
